【Project Overview 】
This project involves the complete turnkey service of four large 110KV power transformers. Based on the specific operating environment of the local power grid and future expansion requirements, we carried out customized electromagnetic and structural design. During the manufacturing stage, high-quality silicon steel sheets and insulating materials were used, and a complete set of type tests including lightning impulse, temperature rise, and partial discharge were passed, ensuring that its performance far exceeds the IEC standards.
Our engineering team even went to the site to provide professional installation guidance and commissioning services, ensuring the perfect integration of the equipment and the substation system. Currently, all four transformers have been operating without faults for over two years, becoming a key transmission and transformation node of the regional power grid. Their outstanding energy efficiency performance has also received high written praise from the client.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
